Broadway Shopping Center Featured in Wate 6 news

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Washington, DC-based Sigmund Companies is the new owner of Broadway Shopping Center, which is undergoing renovations.
The 118,575 square-foot center is at 2001 N. Broadway Street. Sigmund Companies added that it was renovating the shops with paint, landscaping, façade enhancements, and new signs, including a marquee pylon.
The company released renderings of the improvements. The ownership transferred on January 28.
Sigmund Companies’ website says it owns property in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Connecticut, and North Carolina.
