KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Washington, DC-based Sigmund Companies is the new owner of Broadway Shopping Center, which is undergoing renovations. The 118,575 square-foot center is at 2001 N. Broadway Street. Sigmund Companies added that it was renovating the shops with paint, landscaping, façade enhancements, and new signs, including a marquee pylon.
